The Ivoirian Office of Chargers (OIC) is by definition a council of chargers, i.e. an organization which represents and protects the interests of importers and exporters, transport services users, in connection with the transport of their goods
MISSIONS : - Direct assistance to chargers
- Processing and provision of relevant information pertaining to international transport flows and Ivory Coast coverage conditions
- Transport costs negotiation
- Facilitation and contribution to fluidity of transports
- Building of supporting infrastructures to transports to be used by chargers
- Interface between public authorities and transport trade sector, users and auxiliary transport services
